You can view available times by first selecting a facility, specialty and doctor. Contact details and verification are requested after you choose a time. Times in this preview are samples.
Where can I access my test results?
You can go to the institution's current results screen via the e-Results link. Follow the identity verification steps on the results screen.
How can I find out my insurance coverage?
Contracted institutions and policy coverage may vary by facility and service. You can confirm through the call center before your appointment.
What should I prepare for a medical second opinion?
When applying, specify your existing test results and reports, the relevant medical department and the matter you want evaluated.
How can I get to the hospital?
Select your hospital in the Our Facilities section and use the Directions link.
How can I submit a suggestion or complaint?
You can reach the feedback section via the Suggestion / Complaint Form in Patient Services. The form in this design preview does not send real submissions.
